A referral payment is due immediately once you have agreed to hire who we have placed you with! Payment must be made by the first working day of your hire even if you decide to do a trial period as this ensures they are reserved for you.  

It is most common to start with a minimum one year commitment. However we are blessed to say our nannies are known to stay well beyond this, often for many many years!

There are no additional fees. Once you have hired and have paid the one time referral payment there is nothing additional! You simply get to enjoy your placement for as long as you’d like at no additional cost.

If for any reason you need to replace your original placement, we will help to find you a replacement at no additional cost within the first 60 days. Although we are happy to say that this is not common whatsoever.

Once you have hired your new placement #1 Nannies stays out of the way. Everything is between you and your new employee just as in any normal employer to employee relationship. We are however always there for you should you need anything at all!

We absolutely do. Families and nannies will receive a contract to sign to ensure everything is clear for both parties!
